Sausage Technique (GBR) in a Full Arch Rehabilitation

This patient presented with a failed upper bridge. He was very clear that he was not keen to have dentures at any point as a provisional during his treatment.

He had hard and soft tissue loss in the UL5 & 6 region so the following treatment was carried out.

Stage 1:
5 x implants placement (Dentsply Astra) and UL sinus and sausage technique GBR using autogenous, Bio-Oss mixture, Bio-Gide and secured with meisenger master pins. Temp tooth supported bridge.

Stage 2:
Implant placement UL6 region.

Stage 3:
Final bridge fit (Atlantis framework).
