Immediate Implant Placement, with Autogenous Bone Graft.

This patient was referred to me by his clinician five years ago with a UL1 fracture following a Road Traffic Accident.

He presented with a horizontal and suspected vertical root fracture, he also sustained a left zygomatic arch fracture and possible alveolar bone fracture. The treatment plan consisted of immediate implant placement, with autogenous bone graft in the socket and connective tissue graft.

I was pleased to see the stability of the hard and soft tissue at his five year review.
