This gentleman was referred to us after an attempted (and failed) sinus graft!

A lateral wall sinus graft was performed using the island approach and completed with an immediate implant placement. Geistlichuk Bio-Oss and autogenous bone chips used to fill the gap. 2x AstraEv Dentsply Sirona implants used.

4 Year Follow up X-ray, reflective learning - I would consider CTG to increase the buccal soft tissue bulk.
