This is a mentoring case that I worked on with one of my delegates to support him with his sinus case.

We performed a left unilateral sinus graft lateral wall approach. I prefer to harvest autogenous chips from the lateral wall when creating a window to mix with Bio-Oss. We placed the implants immediately. The buccal defect was augmented with CTG from Tuberosity.
