Another delegate case to share.

This gentleman was unhappy with his smile and upper chrome partial denture.

This was a restorative and surgical challenge with hard and soft tissue loss. The patient didn’t want any major bone grafting procedures but you will be surprised how much we can gain by soft tissue management.

Treatment: Invisalign, implants to replace UL 2-4 with soft tissue graft pedicel flap during placement. Strip graft and open healing CTG to gain more bulk and KT.
Implants: Astra Ev, Atlantis abutments. UK.
