Implant in the Aesthetic Zone with Cytoplast Membrane

This 52 year old lady was referred to us last year regarding her UL1. The patient had no h/o trauma and a crown with internal resorption. I decided to extract what was left over and delayed vertical bone augmentation with cytoplast membrane, 60:40 autogenous, Bio-Oss mixture.

Membrane is secured with master pins. Connective Tissue Graft from the palate, a temporary crown and then final crown fitted.

💭 Reflective learning: More bone packed buccally, distal papillae has improved much but could be better.
